Hello, we are Fraser and Katie and we are the owners of Rise and Revive Wellbeing. Our journey into fitness and wellbeing started in 2022 when we realised we had spent too much of our lives prioritising work over health. We knew it was time to make a change - not just for ourselves, but for others who might be feeling the same way.

Hello, we are Fraser and Katie and we are the owners of Rise and Revive Wellbeing. Our journey into fitness and wellbeing started in 2022 when we realised we had spent too much of our lives prioritising work over health. We knew it was time to make a change - not just for ourselves, but for others who might be feeling the same way.
For Katie, fitness was a life changing transformation. After losing a significant amount of weight, she truly understood how daunting, difficult and overwhelming the journey can be. Having been through it herself, she knows first hand how many people - especially women- feel self conscious and unsure about stepping into a gym. That experience led her to become a personal trainer, nutrition coach and sports massage therapist, so she could help others gain confidence, build strength and take control of their health.
Fraser's journey was different but just as personal. He focused on building muscle, toning up and stepping away from a career that didn't bring him joy. Fitness has always been a passion for Fraser and he knew he wanted to help others feel stronger, fitter and more confident in their bodies. Now he specialises in boxing for fitness and personal training, helping clients improve their strength, endurance and overall wellbeing.
We both love challenging ourselves, regularly competing in obstacle course races (OCRs), and Katie has recently started training for her first half marathon. Fraser is also preparing for more OCRs, pushing his limits and proving that fitness is more than just aesthetics - it's about feeling capable, resilient and proud of what your body can achieve.
